Juana L. Cuevas, MD, FACOG, has practiced obstetrics and gynecology in New York City since 2007. Throughout her career, Dr. Cuevas has demonstrated a commitment to women in her community, returning to her native Bronx to provide health care and health education. She is known to go above and beyond for her patients who often regard her as a member of the family, a daughter or sister. Among her colleagues, she is known for her compassion and patience. She values gynecology as a gateway to women’s health and is guided by a desire to help women feel ownership of their well-being.
Dr. Cuevas received her medical education at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Yeshiva University and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG). She serves as a mentor for OB/GYN residents in training.

Monica Simons, MD, FACOG
Partner, Board Certified Gynecologist
Monica Simons, MD, FACOG has practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in the NYC Metro area since 2001. A firm believer in ’walking the talk’, Dr. Simons is a fitness enthusiast and strives to have a healthy balance in all aspects of her life. She enjoys meeting people of various cultures and has traveled to many exotic places. Dr. Simons enjoys expanding her knowledge of random facts; her dream is to be a contestant on Jeopardy one day.
Dr. Simons attended medical school at the State University of New York – Buffalo School of Medicine and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine at Queens Hospital Center in Jamaica, New York. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG).

- Friday 10:00 AM- 3:30 PM
- Friday summer hours 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM(winter hours in effect after labor day, Fridays

Latoya Wright, MSN, RN, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Latoya Wright is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the practice in 2019. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Lehman College and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Long Island University Brooklyn, specializing in Family Health. She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Previously, Latoya was a Registered Nurse at Mount Sinai Medical Center on their Labor & Delivery Unit. When not in the office, Latoya loves reading, listening to music, watching Korean and Japanese drama plus spending quality time with her family, friends and traveling.
Hours:
- Monday – Wednesday 8am-6pm
- Thursday- Friday 8am – 1pm
- Every other Saturday 9am – 2pm
